The SHFiguarts Joseph Joestar is an action figure based on the second protagonist of the anime "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Battle Tendency." Its greatest appeal lies in its powerful muscular sculpting and incredible range of motion, which allows for the recreation of iconic poses such as the "JoJo pose." It will be released on December 27, 2025, by Bandai Spirits' Tamashii Nations line, and will be priced at 11,000 yen (including tax).
Realistic sculptural beauty and muscular expression
Joseph's impressive physique is reproduced with proportions that rival those of his grandfather, Jonathan, and is faithfully recreated in the anime version with a sharp, well-defined design. The SHFiguarts technology is condensed into this figure, achieving a realistic depiction of his body through powerful muscle sculpting and a focus on human balance. While his facial features are said to be almost identical to Jonathan's, the shape of his eyebrows and eyes, as well as the way he smiles, differentiate him and express Joseph's unique, fearless character.
Overwhelming range of motion and posing possibilities
A highly articulated mechanism has been developed that allows for character-like posing without deviating from the body's structure, enabling you to enjoy the unique balance of posing and bold action poses that are characteristic of "JoJo." The body, standing approximately 172mm tall, is equipped with a high-level articulation mechanism, allowing for the recreation of iconic poses and action scenes. The dedicated base features a design print inspired by the Red Stone of Aja, supporting an impressive display.
Soulful Digital Coloring Techniques
The facial expression parts utilize "Tamashii Digital Coloring," achieving sharp features, a three-dimensional expression, and delicate detail around the eyes. This technology further enhances the appeal of the figure, as Joseph's facial features are expressed to the utmost degree. Two interchangeable facial expression parts are included, allowing for various scenes to be depicted.
Wire-reinforced movable gimmick
The fabric scarf parts have wires embedded in them, allowing for adjustment of their shape and position to match the "movement" of the neck and shoulders. Wires are also used in the string portion of the Cracker Volley, allowing for adjustment to reproduce movements that match the action, creating the fluid movements characteristic of a Ripple warrior. This attention to detail is an important element that enhances the overall quality of the posable figure.
Set contents and product specifications
The accessories include the main figure, five pairs of interchangeable wrist parts, two interchangeable face parts, two cracker volleys, a scarf, and a dedicated display stand. The materials used are PVC, ABS, and fabric.
