How to Order
Placing an order in the cart does not mean that the product has been secured, and depending on the timing of your order, you may not be able to purchase the product.

Payment Method
Payment must be made in advance. Payment is due within 10 days from the day after the order is received.
Please note that your order will be cancelled if we do not receive payment or notification from you.
In the case of credit card payment, delivery will be processed as soon as the order is received.
In the case of orders placed by post office, bank transfer, or convenience store payment, we will begin shipping procedures the day after the payment is received.

Returns and Exchanges

Initial defects and shipping errors
If you receive a product that is initially defective or different from the product you ordered, we will replace it with a new product. Please contact us.
We do not accept returns for any reason.
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect product, please contact us by e-mail or phone within 10 days of receipt.
If the item is returned to us after we receive your notification, please return the item along with the enclosed items and a copy of your purchase receipt. We will send you a replacement product as soon as possible after we receive the original product. (The shipping cost will be borne by our store.)
If you return the product without notifying us, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your request if you return the product without notifying us.

Return Deadline

We do not accept returns in the following cases

The product has been opened or used (except for initial defects)

We do not accept any product returns due to customer reasons, including product returns due to inability to receive e-mails.
