The English version of MTG's latest collaboration set, "Magic: The Gathering | Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles," titled "Turtle Team-Up," is a cooperative game pack that can be enjoyed by both beginners and veterans. This set will be released in March 2026 and introduces new mechanics themed around the heroes of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Main features
Turtle Team-Up includes four 60-card decks, one enemy deck (containing 11 bosses), 17 event cards, and four play booster packs. The game focuses on cooperative play, with players forming Turtle teams to defeat bosses. A new ability, "Stealth" (a ninja-style ability to avoid blocks), is introduced, and the strategy of strengthening creatures with Mutant Tokens is a key draw. The English version includes Kevin Eastman's signature borderless art in the collector boosters, offering a variety of visuals including pixel art.
List of popular cards
April O'Neil, Human Element : Create a Mutant Element token whenever you cast a spell. Powerful for mana acceleration and special victory conditions in Commander.
Leonardo, Leader : A five-color mana-compatible cooperative that generates tokens based on character selection. Excellent +1/+1 counter and draw combo.
Foot Clan Onslaught : High durability thanks to token generation and hexproof. Can duplicate itself with a squad.
Casey Jones, the Alley Brawler : Levels up to unleash group attacks. A potential finisher for ninja decks.
These cards are gaining attention in Commander and Standard formats, and the mutant theme synergies make deck building fun.
