Notes on transactions
◆The contract with our company will be considered completed when you fill out the new transaction form. However, this does not apply if the contract is not concluded for some reason.
◆We only accept contracts with those who operate companies, stores, or shopping sites.
*Individual purchases are not possible.
◆Even if you apply, we may decline your application after screening. Please note that we will not be able to explain the reason for refusal.
◆Our company has a system where we require a deposit to be used as a guarantee for the reserved item. The amount of the deposit is 500,000 yen.
*Please note that this is required when signing a new contract. We will contact you regarding the timing of payment.
*Basically, we only take your order once, but if the order amount for a new pre-order item is large, we may take additional orders. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that this is separate from the product price.
◆We ask that you make payment within 3 business days after the ordered items arrive and we contact you with an invoice.
◆If your purchase amount is over 1 million yen, please make the payment immediately. Please note that we are unable to store your items for long periods due to our warehouse capacity and the number of items that can be shipped at one time.
*If payment is not received, we may refuse to do business with you again.
◆At our company, we accept the bank transfer receipt or the printed details from internet banking as a receipt.
◆ Regardless of the size of the product purchased, shipping and transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are charged per package. Maximum size 140 box
*Please refer to the attached "Shipping Fee Table" for shipping charges.
◆We are currently not accepting new orders for Pokemon Cards, Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards, Bandai Collectors, Bandai Plastic Models, or One Piece Cards. We will not accept orders for popular items only.
◆Please note that for popular items that we receive in small quantities, we will allocate stock based on actual sales.
◆We may not be able to respond to inquiries about products other than those we have introduced.
*We will not respond to inquiries about whether or not there are expensive premium products on Amazon, etc.
◆Even if we enter into a trading contract with you, if you do not place your first order within three months, your contract will be automatically terminated.
◆After ordering a product, you cannot change the quantity or cancel an order after the order deadline.
◆Basically, we do not respond to inquiries about stock quantities. Please state the desired quantity when placing an order, and we will respond with the quantity that will be delivered. Cancellation is not possible even if the desired quantity is not met. *It may take several days (2 to 7 days) to prepare the product.

[Pre-order and in-stock items]
First time ordering precautions: Deposit and web invoice notification
1. When placing your first order, you will be required to pay a deposit of 500,000 yen (a receipt will be issued and will be refunded at the end of the contract).
*The deposit is separate from the invoice payment at the time of product purchase.
*Please reply without customizing the attached table.
*You can reserve items up to 5 times the amount of the deposit. If you have a large number of items reserved, we will ask you to increase your deposit .
2. When you purchase a product, we will contact you via "Web Invoice" and ask you to register. (Easy Invoice)

1. Check the outer packaging for any damage upon receiving the product.
If there is any damage, please check the contents with the delivery person and report any damage to the delivery person.
* If you do not inform the delivery company, we will not be able to assist you.
2. Check for any cracks in the packaging.
3. Inspection (check that the contents of the package match the delivery slip)
*If there are any discrepancies, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item.
